Joe Russo & Kineta King
Community Partner
Joe and Kineta Russo took over the Bear location of Texas Roadhouse five years ago, after opening and running a location in Millville New Jersey for eight years. This dynamic husband and wife duo were excited to be able to share how amazing and legendary Texas Roadhouse would be to New Castle County, where they have lived for the last 14 years.Being involved in the community and being able to give back to families and businesses thathelp to make Texas Roadhouse successful, is what drives the Russos.
Joe and Kineta have been able to give back to the Colonial School District through 10% fundraiser nights, local donations, sport program partnerships, homecoming bounce backs, and other programs. Partnering with Colonial over the years has been a joy for them because they live and work in the community and have two children who attend Southern Elementary School.

The restaurant recognizes teachers and staff throughout the year withteacher appreciation 10% key tags, teacher Happy Hour events, Thank You Bread Runs for all buildings in the Colonial School District and hosting and catering staff lunches. For students Texas Roadhouse offers reading incentive programs, achievement certificates, employment opportunities, and always look to see how the business can help school programs and events that are taking place throughout the district.
